Ordering a commission

What happens after I place my order?

Within 24 hours you will get an email confirming your photos, style, and size. Your artist reviews the reference and tells you if anything needs a better photo before painting starts.

Can you paint more than one pet on a canvas?

Yes. Upload a photo of each pet and add a note describing how you would like them arranged. We will confirm the composition with you before painting.

What if my photo is not good enough?

We will tell you honestly and help you get a better one. We would rather delay a few days than paint from a photo that will not do your pet justice.

Do you paint pets that have passed away?

Often, and we treat those commissions with particular care. Older or lower-resolution photos are usually workable — send what you have and we will tell you what is possible.
